We are looking for a professional to manage and develop our distributor network, leading the commercial strategy, strengthening long-term relationships, and driving business growth nationwide.

Key challenges:

  • Management and loyalty development of distributors.
  • Regular field visits and support to sales teams.
  • Implementation of commercial best practices and use of tools such as DMS and Salesforce.
  • Market analysis, definition of commercial strategies, and preparation of sales and marketing budgets.

Required profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in commercial or B2B sales roles.
  • Knowledge of DMS, sales methodologies, and marketing.
  • Advanced level of English and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and strategic mindset.
