Key challenges:
Management and loyalty development of distributors.
Regular field visits and support to sales teams.
Implementation of commercial best practices and use of tools such as DMS and Salesforce.
Market analysis, definition of commercial strategies, and preparation of sales and marketing budgets.
Required profile:
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in commercial or B2B sales roles.
Knowledge of DMS, sales methodologies, and marketing.
Advanced level of English and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and strategic mindset.
