Activités

The Marketing Specialist, Automotive Direct position is responsible for:

  • Handle segment of Automotive Direct -Workshop, KA, OEM
  • To support the achievement of Total sales volume and Total Gross Margin for Automotive Direct.
  • Key role in planning, activating and tracking on marketing/brand & Trade campaigns, channel plans, events, digital campaigns and etc to support business growth.
  • Handle workshop management on business plan, incentives & reporting 
  • Managing agencies and suppliers on all Marketing related activities to support Automotive Direct Segment activities.
  • Gather market intelligence, Competitor Activities & Market Insights and propose new ways to capitalize on any new opportunities.
  • Responsible for compliance of brand guidelines & consistent branding look and feel across all communications materials.
  • Custodian of Equipment on Loan (EOL) performance reporting / monitoring, Workshop segment efficiency reporting 
  • Track and monitor all marketing related spending as per allocated budget with ROI analysis for all campaign/promotion/incentives program.
  • Strategize and grow branded workshops of PCMO (Quartz Auto Service)
  • Strictly ensure adherence and implementation of HSEQ policies, guidelines and requirements for self, team members and others including customers, vendors and contractors.
  • Adhere & Compliance to all company policies and procedures, code of conduct and competition law

Profil du candidat

Qualification level required for the position = Bachelor’s or equivalent level

Technical skills required for the position : Strategic Marketing, Strategic Thinking, Analytical Skill

Behavioral competencies required for the position : Trade & Channel Marketing, Influencing & Negotiation

Language skills required for the position : English (Spoken & Written) - Bahasa (Spoken & Written) -other local Malaysian languages is an added advantage

Specific knowledge required for the position : Trade & Channel Marketing,

Level of experience required for the position : Minimum 5 years Marketing experience
