Contexte et environnement

  • Engagement with the top management team to present and convince them on the initiatives/proposals.
  • Need to address the gaps between the existing operating environment/culture and TTE operating standards/requirements onshore and offshore.
  • Engagement with the external stakeholders (local O&G industry regulator, JV partners) to update/highlight production performance and identify potential ways of improvement in term of collaboration.
  • To be able to have a holistic overview of all the activities/requirements from various entities/stakeholders within FOPS and integrate them for efficient execution with optimized production.
  • Closely collaborate and build good working relationship with all the relevant (internal/external) stakeholders to meet the required deliverables (actions close-out, compliance, KPIs etc) 
  • Manage and engage with third-party sub-contractors to meet TEPMY codes and requirements.
  • To be able to work under pressure, to produce/deliver production-critical solutions within tight execution timeline (FFSD, production impact etc) in order to maintain high availability and reliability.

Activités

 

  • Develop, manage and follow up-to-date production dashboard.
  • Develop, review and validate CMS procedures.
  • Follow up on CMS procedures progress and identify pain points/solutions to enable progress.
  • Follow up on HSE related action items (Opersafe, Synergi, site reports, Ops essential trainings tracker etc) and identify pain points/solutions to enable progress.
  • Review and validate new site operating procedures for any specific non-routine maintenance and production activities.
  • Prepare and present proposal for annual production work program budget (WPB).
  • Follow up on all FOPS activities (production, maintenance, inspection), provide inputs (integration of multi-disciplines/entity activities, readiness status etc) and review the mid and long term (4-month, 24-month) IOP planning.
  • Coordinate SOX reporting with various entities for FOPS reporting data input requirements.
  • Coordinate asset integrity monitoring program and monitor/follow-up on KPIs (setting/monitoring).
  • Monitor and coordinate with all the relevant stakeholders/entities on the (internal/external) compliance requirements relevant to FOPS, including activities, documentations, planning/timeline etc.
  • Monitor and coordinate with all the relevant contract holders to ensure that there are sufficient provisions for safe and continuous production (catering, manpower/rotational support, chemicals, logistics movement, utilities bunkering support, consumables, critical parts, specialist vendor/workshop etc).
  • Coordinate with Contracts & Procurement and HSSE team to manage tender plan preparation and evaluation for the production contracts and sourcing of materials/services.
  • Interfacing with external stakeholders which include local regulator MPM, Petronas and JV partners, such as preparations for IOM, AMIR, GODC, MCM, TCM, OIG and so on.
  • Participate and input into monthly production plan, wells selection and short term (2-/5-weeks lookahead) integrated activities plan. Interfacing with wells, reservoir, production planning, hydrocarbon allocation, development/construction team etc.
  • Support production optimization initiatives, which include assessing technical feasibility, formulate working plan to implement, provide guidance to the site team etc.
  • Provide initial technical review on feasibility of RFM raised – relevant to FOPS and ensure RFM follow the approved process/timeline.
  • Provide technical support to offshore team on emerging production/maintenance issues, process optimization, ensure safe operations and continuous production.
  • Field operations follow up for CFR PQLA program/initiatives, to deliver production and process-related deliverables.
  • Follow up on REX post activities execution (or relevant REX from other affiliates), coordinate and monitor the implementations of relevant action items from the REX.
  • Manage/coordinate the close-out and acceptance of punch lists on new assets, including discussion and negotiations with the contractor’s management (including their sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors) to find acceptable resolutions (win-win) for the punch lists.
  • Support FFSD and short-duration shutdown preparations (scope challenges, readiness, procedures, risk assessments etc).

 

Profil du candidat

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent, with minimum of 15 years of experience in offshore oil and gas operations, with 3 to 5 years in OIM offshore position and at least 5 years in a leadership role and / Good knowledge of E&P business and metiers
  • Ability to synthesize and the capacity to interact with operational professionals / Excellent interpersonal relations, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to identify gaps, issues/problems with the corresponding resolutions, and provide troubleshooting remotely.
  • Strong site execution leadership experiences with proven track record to be able to convince the relevant stakeholders/entities and deliver the required targets through them in collaboration.
  • Team player and good communication skills.
  • Able to work and deliver under pressure.
  • Sound technical working experiences, knowledges and effective communication skills to be able to influence stakeholders (office and offshore) to accept new ideas, practices, procedures/controls etc.
  • Proven experiences at operating sites/environment to be able to understand/appreciate the constraints and issues faced by the site team, which become enablers to take those into consideration during any form of executing practical proposals.
  • Apart from the core discipline, it is important to have experiences working in multi-disciplines and complex problems (technical, stakeholders involved etc) to be able to provide holistic approach and deliver a more complete solution for the issues. 
  • Experiences working in diverse environment dealing with suppliers and specialist from various backgrounds and nationality to be able to find common ground during discussion.

This role serves as a key coordinator and focal point for various Field Operations (FOPS) activities, including custodianship of the production dashboard, coordination of new Company Management System (CMS) procedure development, Integrated Operations Planning (IOP), and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) reporting. The position is responsible for overseeing asset integrity activities, including production wells, managing and tracking all field operations contracts, compliance requirements, audits, reviews, regulatory inspections, and support requests (HSE, RFM, REX, etc.). It also acts as the primary interface between production operations and internal stakeholders such as Assets, Planning, Subsurface, Construction, and Development teams, as well as external stakeholders including MPM POM, downstream operators (MLNG, PBOCC, SKA), and JV partners. In addition, the role provides operational support to ensure safe and continuous offshore production, coaches operations teams on newly commissioned assets, best practices, and new operating standards, and drives the resolution of outstanding punch list items and operational issues.
