We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Professional with a strong ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination of calendars, meetings, travel, and day‑to‑day office operations. 


You will play a key role in managing weekly reporting processes, maintaining executive summaries, and assisting with production‑related data updates across both offshore and shale assets. Your sharp attention to detail, professionalism in handling confidential information, and ability to collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants will be critical to success.

Activités

  • Manage calendars and appointments, schedule meetings/conferences
  • Administer travel arrangements, mail, phones, and other office administrative duties
  • Process group expenses
  • Organize functions (Lunch and learn/dinners, events) as required
  • Work closely with, and serve as back-up to, Executive Assistant
  • Prepare the weekly report template by updating the prior week’s version, uploading the finalized template to the MS Teams shared folder, and archiving the final report in the W drive shared folder.
  • Support updates to the executive summary table, including production variance inputs.
  • Assist in preparing asset level production for all assets, including well test tables for offshore assets and production charts for shale assets.

Profil du candidat

  • 5+ years administrative support
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to handle highly confidential information discreetly and professionally
  • Computer skills should include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Concur expense and travel, a plus
