Contexte et environnement

Internal:

  • Engage with company personnel and contract manpower sourced from Dulsco or other providers.

External: 

  • Tanker driver.

Activités

Vision, Mission, and Policies:

  • Ensure daily work fully reflects TELBU’s vision, mission, and HSSEQ policies by following the Group HSEQ Charter, strictly applying Company Rules, complying with One‑Maestro standards, and performing every task safely and as per approved HSSEQ procedures and protocols.

HSSEQ Management:

  • Participate in Health and safety risk assessment and critical task analysis, HSSEQ training, safety tours, Plant general inspection, Behavioural safety visits, and internal & external audits.
  • Participate in Sustainab’ALL programs focused on TE 5 levers including energy improvement and CO2 reduction projects to achieve the company's 2030 and 2050 environmental goals. 
  • Understand the QHSE & Energy Management procedures and demonstrate exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities.
  • Ensure no quality or safety incidents occur due to negligence, carelessness or overconfidence.
  • Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE & Energy Policies and Manuals.
  • Receptive to new trainings issues and be a proactive member to participate in tool kit meetings for QHSE & Energy Management improvements.
  • Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
  • Understand and strictly comply with all current regulatory requirements relevant to the assigned areas of responsibility.
  • To comply with Work Permit program (as per the PTW roles and responsibility assignment: process owner/ permit applicant/ issuing authority and approval authority).
  • Selection and availability of applicable PPE’s at all times and ensuring the strict use of PPE’s in work area of responsibility.
  • Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.

Compliance:

  • Consistently uphold the company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy by demonstrating integrity and professionalism, while ensuring full adherence to the compliance program, including policies and procedures on conflicts of interest, prevention of fraud, corruption, economic sanctions, and export control.
  • Promptly report any instance of noncompliance or violation of the any element of compliance program—especially those related to economic sanctions or export control—to the designated compliance officer or economic sanctions. 

Production Operations:

Production Facility:

  • Blending Capacity: 225 KMT (based on 3*8-hours Shift).
  • Bulk Filling Capacity: 52 KMT.
  • 8 blending kettles (capacity ranging from 4.3 MT – 43 MT) & 2 inline Blenders (Capacity of 250 MT each).
  • 3 dedicated bays for Road tanker loading and flexibility of offloading facilitated with pigging lines options and 1 bay for offloading of bulk additives from ISO tanks.
  • 25 storage tanks for dedicated products and 15 overhead holding tanks for non-dedicated products. 
  • Base oil storage capacity of 22 KMT with 15 dedicated base oil storage tanks.
  • Bulk Additives Storage capacity of 720 MT with 10 dedicated storage tanks for bulk additives. 
  • Utilities – Steam Boiler, thermic heater, compressor, Mass flow meters & PD volumetric flow meters.
  • Two lines for Base oil receipts from ocean tankers (annual No of Shipment receipts > 15). 

Operational environments: 

  • Manufacturing of 160+ different PGENs. 
  • Bulk filling of 50+ different PGENs in Road Tankers/Flexi Bags/IBC, with 1750+ deliveries annually.
  • Complex pipeline structure in tank farm.
  • MES system (LUBCEL) for blending of oils, Bulk filling & Piggable transfer manifold interfaced with ERP Software – SAP.   

Task:

  • Start up and shut down of Tank farm & utilities as per procedures & guidelines as issued.
  • Responsible for Packed Additive Charging & Bulk Product Filling/ RM offloading operations. 
  • Ensure right Packed additives charging with respect to quality and quantity and Bulk product loading as per day plan issued.
  • Be responsible to Monitor and records the variance at Bulk raw material receipt stage and support Production engineer /Production supervisor (Blending/ Bulk) to improve on loss control management & Mass balance.
  • Participate in the monthly stock count of dedicated tank PGEN, base oil & bulk additive and half yearly Stock count.
  • Gauging of storage tanks as per procedures & guidelines as issued.
  • Understand the operation criticalities and the product characteristics and compatibilities.
  • Ability to master overall operations to ensure complete control over valves / processes being operated.
  • Be responsible to Production Engineer / Production Supervisor (Blending/Bulk) for reporting any non – conformities identified during Production and / dispatch process.
  • Work with Stock team for timely updates of Bulk receipts & Bulk despatches in SAP.
  • To contribute, meet and improve upon the KPI & EnPI targets as set towards overall QHSE and Energy objectives.
  • Maintain and improve 5S & Visual management in work area and participate in KIZEN implementation program.
  • Charging of VI Polymer in VI batches and in standard operating time.
  • Be responsible to perform role of Jetty/Tank Farm Operator during Base oil Shipment offloading.
  • Be responsible for decantation operation as per standard procedure as and when required.
  • Be responsible to maintain high standard of housekeeping in work area.
  • Adhere to Waste management guidelines and segregation of waste. 
  • Play a role of Production Supervisor (Blending / Bulk) in his absence.
  • Safe operation of Bulk tankers with proper control – no quality complaints, environmental issues.
  • Train and guide his subordinates well in time for achieving the levels of success.
  • Be able to do some small maintenance in LEM independently using his technical competence and skills.

PURPOSES

  • Safely operate Blending and Bulk Filling processes, meeting HSSEQ and regulatory standards.
  • Achieve daily Blending & Bulk filling targets and maintain operational flow.
  • Ensure product quality, identify non‑conformities and take immediate corrective actions.
  • Support equipment performance through basic troubleshooting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote safety, accurate reporting, and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Assist with jetty and tank farm operations.
  • Uphold ethical conduct and company compliance requirements.
  • Train and guide subordinates and new joiners to meet daily filling targets.

Profil du candidat

Qualification

  • Higher Secondary Education (12th Grade) or Secondary Education (10th Grade) with a technical diploma in any specialized course (1–3 years). 

Technical/ Soft Skills

  • Proficient in operating and maintaining blending equipment, bulk filling systems, tank farm line up and utilities.
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office & Power BI.
  • Have good knowledge of the Pump & Valve operations, Tank Gauging, Flow meter and tanker auxiliaries.
  • Experienced in quality control, troubleshooting, and supporting investigations using RCA and FMEA principles.
  • Knowledgeable in HSSEQ, ISO standards, and emergency equipment use.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, MES/SAP integration, and loss control management. 
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good communication and teamwork; coordinate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and contract staff.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; identify issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Adaptable and resilient; perform well under pressure, during shifts, and in changing environments.
  • Strong time-management skills. 

Knowledge

  • Understanding of various lubricants, base oils, additives, and VI polymers, including product compatibility and critical characteristics..
  • Familiar with stock control processes, including recording material usage and tracking consumption.
  • Knowledge of production sequence, blending cycles, bulk filling flow, and material handling requirements. 

Language Skills

  • English, Level: Satisfactory
  • Hindi, as an added language preferred.  

Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in process, packaging, machine, lubricant operations or working experience in any manufacturing unit.
  • Reasonable understanding on Safety, ISO 9001 (Quality) & ISO 14001 (Environmental) Management systems & ISO 50001 (Energy) management system
