Contexte et environnement

Our Communications department counts 12 dedicated employees working from our Danish sites. The department is internationally diverse, and we provide a healthy and flexible working environment.

 

Your new workplace is our Copenhagen office at Amerika Plads 29, 2100 København Ø. With a direct view of Øresund, our modern office facilities are just a stone’s throw from the Harbour Bath and a 10-minute walk from Nordhavn station. 

Activités

As Student Assistant you will assist our Communications & CSR team in delivering an ambitious and busy communications agenda supporting all TotalEnergies’ business activities in the Danish energy sector. 


Reporting to our Communications Partner, your role will span across both creative and operational tasks, giving you exposure to a broad range of communications activities.

 

  • Design and produce visual communication materials, including branded graphics, simple videos, presentation layouts and digital content for internal and external channels
  • Content and design for internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet stories, info screens and office displays
  • Support the development of PowerPoint presentations, campaign visuals, event materials and other graphic design tasks in line with TotalEnergies’ brand guidelines
  • Assist with the planning and reporting on our CSR volunteering activities 
  • Administrate team meetings and activities



 


Profil du candidat

You have a creative mindset and a strong eye for visual detail, combined with personal drive, a can-do attitude and an interest in combining creative work with planning and coordination tasks. You bring a solid understanding of visual communication principles – such as layout, composition, branding and storytelling – and are motivated to develop your skills further in a professional communications environment.

 

  • You are currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Bachelor with a minimum of 2 years left before your graduation
  • Your field of study has a connection to communications, graphic or multimedia design or marketing
  • Experience in social media and Office 365 (i.e. Adobe Creative suite, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, Forms) is an advantage
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
