Your new team

One IT Denmark delivers the IT and digital services that keep the business running onshore and offshore. We work closely with colleagues across the organization to improve reliability, introduce new solutions, and strengthen cybersecurity.

 

The department includes four teams: Business Partnering, IT Operations, Project & Performance, and Cybersecurity & Industrial. Together, we support TotalEnergies EP Denmark (TEPDK) and TotalEnergies Upstream Denmark (TUDK) operations and development projects.

Activités

Key areas of responsibility

Cybersecurity governance and support

  • Help shape and maintain local cybersecurity governance, aligned with group standards and Danish regulations, across both enterprise and industrial systems
  • Turn security requirements into practical guidance, templates, and ways of working that teams can apply in day-to-day operations
  • Support incident response by investigating and following up on cybersecurity incidents, working with central Headquarters (HQ) teams, local teams, and external service providers.
  • Perform systematic vulnerability assessment and vulnerability management
  • Assist definition and follow-up on cybersecurity requirements in 3rd party contracts to manage supply chain related risks.

 

Cybersecurity risk assessment activities

  • Manage cybersecurity risk assessment activities
  • Identify gaps against security requirements and agree on feasible remediation actions with system owners and business stakeholders
  • Build and track remediation plans for vulnerabilities and approved exceptions, and report progress to stakeholders
  • Advise project teams and vendor/contract owners on cybersecurity requirements and risk-reducing controls


Operational procedures and security

  • Help define and improve security procedures and technical controls (hardware and software) to reduce risk
  • Strengthen incident readiness and response by helping define roles, playbooks, tooling, training and supporting response activities during major incidents
  • Contribute to training, presentations, and communications to raise cybersecurity awareness in the organization
  • Collaborate with teams in central Headquarters (HQ) and other affiliates and share feedback from the Denmark organization

Profil du candidat

Who we are looking for 

  • BSc in Information Security (or similar) or at least 10 years of IT experience
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
  • Experience with Industrial Information Systems / Operational Technology (OT) environments is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate requirements into practical guidance
  • Structured, analytical approach to risk-, incident-, and vulnerability management
