Activités

  • Ensure administrative management and sales analysis for the commercial department.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial agreements between the company and the client.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the different divisions of the company.
  • Handle customer complaints as efficiently and quickly as possible.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for the negotiation phase.
  • Manage client accounts and monitor the status of accounts receivable.
  • Ensure that customer demand (in terms of delivery date and quantity) is fully met.
  • Execute all administrative operations related to shipments, including transportation.
  • Identify bottlenecks and plan appropriate actions to resolve them, communicating them to all relevant departments within the plant.
