Activités

  • Comply with TotalEnergies safety standards, HSE policies & 12 golden rules.
  • Evaluate Lubricant requirement for B2B2BC: - Volumes, , product mix, customer portfolio, prospection, data analysis etc.
  • Liaise with the Channel Managers to execute the affiliate’s Lubricants business Strategy, in line with climate ambition for the business.
  • Evaluate pricing of the Lubricants and Specialties products and Services to monitor Sales volume and margins.
  • Follow the supply of Lubricants to the retails sites, to meet requirements & minimize the operational cost.
  • Initiate and follow-up with prompt resolution of all lubrication/Quality issues and other Lubricants needs, including Bulk Oil collection
  • Carryout on the spot coaching for station staff, dealers and sales team.
  • Evaluate & explore business opportunities to grow the lubricant business with prospection/follow-up system for existing & new consumers.
  • Lead Market surveys to identify and communicate changes in all Lubricant activity (Customers’ requirements, Competitor initiatives) with the view of adopting the affiliate’s Route to Market to meet these changes.
  • Improve efforts to monitor that counterfeit is minimized and stopped for all TotalEnergies Lubricants in the region
  • Development and growth of the deployed TQAS, Bulk Lubes Offer, NTW Incentive Scheme to increase sales volume.
  • Regular visitation of stations in the territory at least twice per Month for Maputo, once per quarter for Center and North to ensure business compliance, improvement, and that all active sites meet sales performance objectives.
  • Follow up on the pricing Survey and ensure compliance with PVR of Lubricants at the NTW sites.
  • Monitoring of competitor activities within the region, in order have a competitive business approach 
  • Achievement of sales & marketing objectives within the Region - Vol 0.86  KT @ uGMVC of 1431 $/t.
  • Regular Monitoring and reporting of competition (20+ (6 major brands) activities on Lubricants within the Region
  • Prompt & accurate reporting of business performance (SAP, SALSA, Power BI, Excel, Power point)
  • Regular Collaboration with NTW sales team, customer service, warehouse, Operations to drive sales, prospection, product availability, training, marketing and strategy 
  • Adhering to strict HSEQ standards (1 near miss per quarter, journey management, light vehicle driving policy)

Profil du candidat

  • First degree Commercial, Business Management, or relevant.
  • Excellent presentation, Strong analytical, excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Precision, rigor and self-motivation to remain proactive
  • Ability to build professional working relationship with internal and external customers
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience on lubricants, Retail environment, FMCG.
