We are looking to actively shape the future at our location in Izmir.

In this capacity, your missions revolve around various topics:

• Achieving annual business plan savings commitments as defined by Group,


• Participating in cost reduction workshops/VA/VE to identify alternative services, suppliers, products, or manufacturing processes,


• Negotiating general conditions (logistics, payment terms, etc.) and managing HUB agreements,


• Analyzing the globalization rate of the assigned scope and implementing strategies to improve it,


• Centralizing purchasing processes at the HUB level in cooperation with local and corporate departments,


• Implementing regional and global strategies for the HUB and coordinating with Hutchinson counterparts,


• Defining, measuring, and monitoring QCDIS ratings and updating supplier strategies accordingly,


• Validating sourcing committee outcomes and ensuring conditions, agreements, and supplier commitments are met,


• Following supplier performance deviations and leading crisis management or escalation procedures.

• You have minimum 5  years of experience in a similar position,


• You have advanced level of English, German skills are a plus,


• You are analytical and have conceptual thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills,


• You are familiar with calculations and processes that are purchasing specific,


• You are able to communicate and interact effectively at all levels within the organization and with outside vendors / suppliers,


• You are proficient in SAP and MS Office programs,


• You are experienced in data-driven decision analysis.
