TotalEnergies Renewables USA is growing fast—and we’re looking for a Civil QA/QC Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and long-term performance of our onshore Wind projects across the U.S.

Activités

💼 What You’ll Do

Quality Leadership & Compliance

  • Implement and manage the project Quality Assurance & Quality Control plan.
  • Enforce TotalEnergies’ Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, ensuring contractors and third parties meet company standards.
  • Monitor and resolve deficiencies in the quality program, ensuring full compliance with project specifications. 

Civil Construction Inspections

  • Conduct on-site civil quality inspections using the Vyn Digital System.
  • Verify all contractor documentation and ensure completion packages meet contractual requirements.
  • Assess civil work accuracy and confirm activities align with codes, standards, and engineering requirements. 

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare quality reports, manage QC documentation, and organize all project files for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track, resolve, and prevent nonconformities by implementing corrective actions.
  • Support development of internal policies, standards, and operating procedures. 

Collaboration & Engineering Support

  • Partner with Construction and Procurement teams to review material specifications.
  • Work closely with the owner’s engineer to evaluate design drawings and EPC deliverables.
  • Coordinate with third‑party independent engineers to ensure consistent quality oversight. 

Project Engagement

  • Participate in weekly/monthly project meetings.
  • Provide civil expertise as an internal consultant.
  • Deliver updates to stakeholders, clients, and project teams as needed.

Profil du candidat

🎓 What You Bring

Required

  • Associate degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of onshore Wind QA/QC experience and 8+ years of construction QA/QC experience.
  • Strong understanding of civil work, SWPPP requirements, and onshore Wind standards.
  • Familiarity with codes, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, CPM scheduling, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • U.S. work authorization.
  • Site location - Fort Stockton, TX

Preferred

  • Experience with energy storage systems (ESS).
  • Ability to deliver executive‑level reporting and lead efficiently under tight timelines.
