Activités

CUSTOMER VISITS/ SERVICE VISIT/FIELD TRIALS/ INSPECTIONS:

  • Drive Technical Services: Engage with customers to understand their needs and propose tailored technical solutions. This involves regular visits to customer sites to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Equipment Inspection: Perform detailed inspections of equipment at key customer sites in industries such as Cement, Steel, and Mining. Provide specialized Lubrilog solutions to address specific challenges in these segments.
  • Field Trials: Conduct field trials at various customer locations to demonstrate the effectiveness of premium and new products introduced in the TEMME region. The goal is to offer optimized and cost-effective solutions that enhance customer operations and profitability, following a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach.
  • Lube Audits and Value-Added Services: Carry out comprehensive lube audits, borescope inspections, and other value-added services at customer premises. These services help identify potential issues and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
  • Innovate Reliability Solutions: Develop and introduce new reliability solutions that prioritize customer needs. This involves staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to offer innovative and effective solutions.

TECHNCIAL QUERIES/TROUBLESHOOTING
:
  • Product Recommendations: Provide expert product recommendations to both internal and external customers. This includes selecting the right lubricants and greases for specific applications to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer queries promptly and assist affiliates, distributors, and sales staff with technical and service-related requests. This ensures that all stakeholders have the necessary support to address any issues or concerns.

TECHNICAL TRAININGS:
  • Training Plan Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive yearly training plan for customers, distributors, and internal staff. This plan should cover essential topics and skills needed to effectively use and maintain lubricants and greases.
  • Meeting Training KPIs: Ensure that the department’s training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. This involves tracking training progress, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to improve training effectiveness.

 TECHNICAL SERVICES:
  • Service Offering Expansion: Increase the range of service offerings to industrial segment customers in line with yearly objectives and market requirements. This includes identifying new service opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Revenue Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the revenue generated from technical services and provide monthly reports on performance.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operations

  • Technical Queries/Trouble Shooting: Correspondence with customers both internal and external.
  • Technical Trainings: Train Internal sales staff, Affiliates, Distributor personnel and Customers.
  • Technical Services: Coordinate with Sales, MSM and Customers.
  • Customer Visits/ Service Visits/Field Trials/ Inspections: Correspond with Customers and visit customer premises /factories/offices for field trials, service requests and inspections.
  • Market Intelligence: Assist the Market Segment Manager to coordinate with respective teams for gathering market intelligence.
  • Increase revenue from all service offerings including LUBANAC in line with department objectives.
  • Assist MSM to ensure all department objectives are met.

Compliance Objectives

  • Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, encompassing economic sanctions and export control program, anti-corruption and fraud policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct in all professional activities.
  • Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent to any instances of noncompliance or breaches of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention. Any other compliance risks identified during day-to-day activities should also be reported immediately.

HSSEQ Objectives

  • Strict adherence and compliance towards TEMME HSSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time with high Quality of HSSEQ performance
  • Participate in the training program to acquire HSSEQ knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
  • Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by HSSEQ policies and Manuals.
  • Conduct joint safety tours as per annual safety tour plan with follow-up and closure of open points identified during the tours.
  • Participate in the Investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
  • Comply with CR-PROC-TEMME-HSE-024 - Light Vehicle Management procedure for TEMME.
  • Strict adherence to HSSEQ requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
  • Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance, and professionalism regarding HSSEQ in all their activities
  • Participate in 5 levers of sustainability

Profil du candidat

Qualification

  • Bachelor of Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Chemical Engineering

Technical Skills/Soft Skills

  • Lubricants Technical Knowledge, Thermography, Vibration Analysis, Lube Analysis, Grease analysis, Equipment Inspection
  • Proficiency in MS office suite.
  • ICML MLA I/II, Vibration CAT I, Thermography Level 1, ILE Certification (TotalEnergies)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical with the ability to attend to all the details. 
  • Self-motivated, creative with good skills for planning and independently carrying out job

Knowledge

  • Comprehensive Technical knowledge on Applications of Lubricants and machinery involved. 
  • Experience in delivering technical training is an added advantage. 

Language skills

  • English, level: fluent

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricants industry.
