Your function

Your role is to ensure the accurate classification, recording, and control of financial documents in compliance with legal and accounting standards both domestic and international.

• Recording the docs./invoices sent by the customs company according to Turkish Accounting Standards, Tax Laws, and Free Zone Legislation


• Classifying invoices from the e-invoice system, scanning and recording them in the system (Tangro)


• Checking order, quantity and price when entering invoice


• Monitoring, approval and recording of service invoices


• Preparing of return-price difference invoices to be issued


• Tracking credit ratings and entering them into the system


• Ensuring periodic current account reconciliations with suppliers


• Responding to current account and reconciliation requests from companies


• Drawing the monthly BA-BS report, reconciling with the companies, and uploading it to the GİB


• Performing finance maintenance for new accounts created by Purchasing


• Controlling the list of goods on the road, preparation and registration of documents


• Obtaining the information and documents required for independent audit


• Active participation in Continuous Improvement activities and fulfillment of assigned tasks on time

Your profile 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields


• at least two years of relevant experience as Accountant, ideally with Accounts payable


• Advanced level of English both spoken and written, another foreign language like German, French or Spanish is considered a plus


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and ERP system especially SAP, TANGRO, GIB
