Atividades

  •  Manage procurement of TotalEnergies/ELF products within the Group, ensuring correct quantity, pricing, product type, and delivery timelines to meet business needs.
  • Conduct monthly forecast meetings with Sales Managers to review inventory levels and ensure alignment with the monthly demand.
  • Submit quarterly forecasts for finished packed products to the Singapore office within the specified timeline.
  • Upload monthly pricing for finished packed products to the designated Teams folder.
  • Generate and share weekly inventory and incoming shipment status reports with the Commercial and Customer Service (CS) teams in a timely manner.
  • Update inventory records within 24 hours upon confirmation from the warehouse or transporter for direct customer shipments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with TEMAPME for production and delivery coordination.
  • Assess damaged products and implement cost-effective solutions for warehouse clearance.
  • Collaborate with CS and Commercial teams to manage phased-out products and ensure depletion before introducing replacements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly lubricant purchase reports.
  • Act as the key liaison for UMDS-related material extension/creation with the Regional Office.
  • Coordinate biannual stock takes with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in supply logistics operations.
  • Support planning and execution of supply chain projects, including new product launches and expansions.
  • Manage transportation of finished packed products, including road transport from Singapore to the warehouse and air/sea freight from other affiliates, ensuring compliance with the Company’s HSE and PATROM standards.
  • Lead end-to-end SIRIM certification and labelling management for motor engine oils, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate product traceability, timely certification, and proper application and control of conformity labels across all stock and supply chain operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and SAP System.
  • Proactive, independent to handle new task/projects.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skill and team player.
  • Cultural adjustment ability and good negotiation skills with English and local language proficiency.
  • Strong emotional intelligence.

Informações Adicionais

  • Support the Supply Chain Director in overseeing daily supply chain operations to ensure the timely delivery of products.
  • Manage the procurement of finished packaged lubricant products and ensure timely delivery to meet company objectives.
  • Optimize logistics costs through direct deliveries to customers, bypassing warehouse storage where feasible, and by leveraging Singapore as a collection point.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels (above 1,100 MT), particularly for fast-moving packaged products, following the 80:20 principle to prevent supply disruptions.
  • Coordinate inbound shipments with 3PL providers, including the transportation of packaged products from Singapore to warehouses and customers.
  • Manage back-to-back purchasing arrangements for niche and specialty products, as well as new product inquiries.
  • Act as the Product Steward and support the Regional Team in monitoring local regulatory requirements and compliance matters.
  • Serve as the key user for the SAP MM (Materials Management) module and provide system support as required.
