Contribute to the evolution of flexible compensation at TotalEnergies

Join an HR team at the heart of compensation and employee experience challenges.

Within the HR / Pension & Benefits department of TotalEnergies Belgium Services, you will contribute to the management, optimization, and modernization of the flexible compensation program dedicated to managers and professionals working for TotalEnergies companies in Belgium.

You will join a team of experts operating at the interface between Human Resources, Payroll, service providers, employees, and various Group stakeholders.

This assignment will allow you to develop recognized expertise in Compensation & Benefits, HR data management, process improvement, and HR project management within an international environment.

Your Main Responsibilities

During your assignment, you will contribute to the management and continuous improvement of the flexible compensation program.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations: you will participate in the preparation, verification, and transmission of the data required to operate the program, particularly compensation data used to configure the benefits platform and integrate payroll information 
  • Ensure HR data quality and consistency: you will perform regular controls, identify inconsistencies, and contribute to securing the data used within the framework of the program
  • Manage relationships with partners and service providers: you will collaborate with Deloitte, benefits administrators, external suppliers, and the different Belgian affiliates to ensure smooth execution of processes and high-quality service delivery
  • Develop the benefits catalog: you will participate in analyzing program usage, evaluating new benefits, and improving the offer available to employees. You will help identify attractive and tax-efficient solutions that meet employee expectations
  • Support employees on a daily basis: you will provide first-level support regarding cafeteria plan questions, the benefits platform, fuel cards, company vehicles, IT equipment, and the various options available through the program
  • Produce analyses and reporting: you will contribute to producing KPIs, monitoring program data, and preparing materials for HR teams and the Human Resources Department 
  • Contribute to HR communications: you will assist in preparing the annual cafeteria plan webinar, creating information materials, and distributing communications aimed at helping employees understand the program
  • Participate in digital transformation projects: depending on team priorities, you may contribute to developing innovative tools such as an HR chatbot, a Copilot agent, an intelligent FAQ, or other solutions designed to improve employee experience and HR support efficiency

Perfil do Candidato

Your Profile

Required:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent field. 
  • Strong interest in compensation, employee benefits, and HR data management topics
  • Good understanding of HR processes and payroll mechanisms
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with complex databases
  • Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment
  • Service-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Absolute respect for confidentiality
  • Fluent French (C1/C2 level) and professional English (minimum B2 level

Nice to have: 

  • Initial experience in HR, HRIS, HR reporting, HR data analysis, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Excellence
  • Knowledge of SAP 
  • Skills in data analysis and automation
  • Knowledge of or interest in Copilot, chatbots, and HR support technologies
  • Basic knowledge of Dutch
