*Key Activities:

1. Technical Service implementation

- Plan and conduct all technical service activities, ensuring product performance service quality and satisfaction for customers and distributors

- Provide consulting services, customer visits, site inspections using measuring tools, and technical reports to offer optimal, effective, and reliable lubrication solutions.

- Resolves technical problems and feedback regarding product or equipment performance before and after sale.

- Increase sales volume, margin, upgrade to premium product by working with frontline sales/ Distributor to develop new customers and identifies customer needs through investigation analysis, communicates proactively with customers, product performance trial programs to promote early adoption of TotalEnergies lubricants.

- Deploy service packages, technical proposal, competitive advantages to create added value for existing and new customers.

- Deliver measurable value to customers by improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance efficiency, contribute to customers' sustainable development through energy saving measures, TCO program and trial use program.

- Drive cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to collaborate, implement technical actions aligned with Company business objectives and cross-departmental activities.

- Organize seminars and training sessions for customers, distributors, sales & marketing to improve knowledge about products, services, technical sharing and TE products values.

- Regularly communicate and work with product managers and experts in Head quarter to update new products, trends and provide necessary support

2. Others

- Management of technical standards and materials.

- Update information and translate TDS, Brochure, Catalogue, Digital platform with other departments.

3. HSE Tasks:

- Participate in fire drills and be familiar with evacuation routes and assembly points.

- Ensure proper housekeeping by keeping walkways and emergency exits clear of obstructions.

- Report and document any workplace hazards, near-misses, or incidents to the appropriate personnel or HSE coordinator.

- Attend basic first aid training if requested by the Company.

- Safely store and use electrical equipment and promptly report any faulty or damaged devices.

- Stay informed about emergency contacts and procedures for medical or safety incidents within the office.

4. Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.

Perfil do Candidato

- Graduated from relevant majors in Mechanical, Process Equipment/Piping Engineering or equivalent. 

- Min 3-4 years in Industrial Lubrication or related technical services in industry.

- Effective Technical Services account management and customer development.

- Have industrial process equipment, lubricant system.

- Good ability to know how to solve technical problems.

- Good presentation, negotiation, problem solving, interaction, planning.

- Ability to speak fluently both English and Vietnamese.

- Good at computer skill and MS Office.

- Good collaboration and ability to work independently. 

- Self-study, logical thinking and systems thinking.
