TotalEnergies Marketing Italia Spa, the new corporate name of Total Italia Spa as of September 1, 2021, has been present in Italy for over sixty years and oversees all distribution activities for lubricants, specialty fluids and solvents, fuels (aviation and motorsport), and LNG.

Atividades

  • Planning and strategy: Collaborate with the Industrial Sales Manager in defining the annual budget and commercial strategy (pricing, product mix, margins, market trends, and competitive landscape), also contributing to local promotional plans.
  • Sales execution and development: Execute sales plans within the industrial channel by directly managing customers, developing new prospects, supporting key accounts, and leading complex sales processes using a TCO-driven approach.
  • Business development and value creation: Promote TotalEnergies solutions by highlighting their economic advantages, creating success stories, and sharing best practices across the network.
  • Distributor channel management: Strengthen the distributor business model through coaching activities, joint customer visits, and participation in targeted training programs.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: Monitor sales results, performance gaps, and customer credit status (DSO and overdue payments), and prepare regular reports on sales performance, activities, and planned initiatives.

Perfil do Candidato

  • 5-8 years of experience in a commercial or technical sales role within the industrial sector. 
  • Strong knowledge of industrial lubricants and their market dynamics. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Strong problem solving abilities. 
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and key accounts. 
  • Working proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel across Italy.
