The position requires close collaboration with managers and HR stakeholders to align people strategy with business priorities.

Atividades

Join the HR team in Mozambique as Talent Developer, working closely with the HR & Admin Director and supporting managers across the organization to develop talent, drive mobility, and strengthen HR practices.

You will:

  • Support employee development by defining individual development plans and recommending training, coaching, and evaluation actions in partnership with managers.
  • Conduct career assessments regularly or upon request to guide employees in their professional growth and career paths within the company.
  • Support employees during key career transitions, including job applications, CV preparation, and interview readiness.
  • Manage internal mobility processes, ensuring transparency, fairness, and alignment with business needs and diversity policies.
  • Coordinate job postings and candidate selection processes across the entity and contribute to staffing decisions.
  • Advise and support managers in their role as people developers, including people reviews, talent identification, and training plan design.
  • Identify high-potential employees and contribute to talent pool development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Lead recruitment activities, from defining sourcing strategies to conducting interviews and overseeing onboarding processes.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policies, audits, governance standards, and employee relations initiatives.
  • Promote HR initiatives and employee engagement actions, including internal events, surveys, and talent development programs.

Perfil do Candidato

📚 Education: Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field

⏳ Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR operations (recruitment, training, organizational development)

🖥️ Technical skills: Recruitment and sourcing strategies ; HR development tools (training, evaluations, talent reviews) ; Knowledge of HR policies and processes

👉 Soft skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills ; Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders ; Team spirit and open-mindedness ; Strong organizational and planning abilities ; Ability to work autonomously

🗣️ Languages: Fluent in English

📦 Specific knowledge: Understanding of HR practices, talent development, and organizational dynamics.
