You’ll join a best‑in‑class renewables platform with global backing and ambitious growth goals. Your work will directly enable the development and financing of clean energy projects nationwide—while giving you visibility across high‑value transactions and leadership stakeholders.

At TotalEnergies, real estate expertise isn’t just support—it’s strategy.

🌞 Where Real Estate Expertise Powers the Energy Transition

At TotalEnergies Renewables USA, real estate is foundational to deploying clean energy at scale. We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Paralegal to support our rapidly growing portfolio of utility‑scale solar, wind, energy storage (BESS), digital infrastructure, and hybrid projects across the U.S.

This role sits at the center of complex transactions—from early‑stage development and acquisitions through real estate closings at Notice to Proceed (NTP)—and offers meaningful exposure, responsibility, and influence within a high‑impact renewable energy organization.

If you thrive in sophisticated transactions, enjoy untangling title and land issues, and want your expertise to directly enable renewable infrastructure, this role is for you.
