Context & Environment

TotalEnergies is one of the largest providers of on street charge points in London. Maintaining a network of over 3000 charge points with a planned rise to 6000 by 2030, with a reliability rate of 97%. The network and maintenance team will grow and the complexity of maintenance delivery will increase as different models of charge point coexist and as DC is introduced with different management rules.

Each site has a feeder pillar and between 1 and 5 charge points. The sites are mostly located curb side on public streets. Allowing EV users to park and charge in any bay with its dedicated charge point. The charge points require regular supervision, monitoring and maintenance in order to provide the best charging experience for our customers.
