TotalEnergies EP Malaysia is looking for a Graduate Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance team under a 2-year Graduate Programme. This opportunity offers structured development and practical experience in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, asset performance, contract management, SAP-CMMS systems, and maintenance budgeting. You will work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable exposure to offshore operations and maintenance practices within the upstream oil and gas industry.

Atividades

Your Impact

As a Graduate Maintenance Engineer, you will:

  • Support the development and execution of maintenance programmes, including Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), corrective maintenance, condition-based maintenance, and reliability-centred maintenance.
  • Assist in monitoring the reliability and performance of process, safety, and production-critical equipment to ensure high asset availability and uptime.
  • Support spare parts management activities, including inventory monitoring, material replenishment planning, and ensuring equipment readiness for operations.
  • Contribute to maintenance data management and reporting through SAP-CMMS by maintaining job records, equipment history, and performance data.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to identify improvement opportunities and enhance equipment reliability.
  • Participate in contract and vendor management activities, including contractor performance monitoring, technical evaluations, and contract tracking.
  • Support maintenance budgeting, expenditure tracking, KPI monitoring, and performance reporting for management review.
  • Promote a strong HSE culture by supporting regulatory compliance, risk management, audit preparedness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Perfil do Candidato

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised local or international university.
  • 0 to 2 years of working experience in a technical, engineering, or industrial environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; exposure to SAP or CMMS systems will be an added advantage.
  • A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
  • Candidates should not be older than 26 years, in line with programme requirements.
