We are looking for a seasoned and relationship-driven professional to join our Field Operations team as Joint Venture (JV) Partners Lead Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of strategic decision-making, collaborating with PETRONAS, JV partners, regulators, and key business stakeholders to drive operational excellence and business continuity.

Atividades

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate JV governance engagements, including CFIG, OIG, IOM, and TCM forums.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement strategies across PETRONAS, JV partners, regulators, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and follow up on JV and downstream commitments, risks, and performance issues.
  • Support governance committees, workshops, and industry forums (e.g., GODC, SKAIS, PLC Workshops).
  • Prepare management briefings, presentations, reports, and action trackers.
  • Maintain stakeholder performance tracking and provide timely updates to management.
  • Ensure alignment between Site Upstream Feeders and receiving parties through close collaboration with Site Assistance Teams.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and visibly demonstrate safety leadership in daily operations.

Perfil do Candidato

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Petroleum, Process), Applied Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably within a PETRONAS PSC/PAC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PETRONAS governance standards, regulatory requirements, and JV processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
