The Job holder carries out the activities according to the existing laws, the Modello 231 adopted by Company and does not infringe the provisions therein stated. The Job holder respects the Compliance, Code of Conduct, Ethic Chart, HSE Chart and all procedures and rules of Affiliate and Group, promoting their diffusion and supervising their correct application by all employees. Possible breaches or conflicts or interest are appropriately reported. 

•    Coordinate the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Company’s digital ecosystem, including the EP website and related platforms (e.g. dark sites).

•    Manage and oversee all aspects of the affiliate’s external web presence, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and alignment with business objectives.

•    Create, update, and optimize digital content (pages, news, videos, images, landing pages, banners), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of published information.

•    Ensure coherence with corporate brand identity, tone of voice, and editorial guidelines across all digital channels.

•    Transform the editorial calendar and COM plan into a strategic communication tool, proposing and coordinating multi-channel campaigns and content themes.

•    Proactively identify and develop stories, projects, and initiatives to enhance internal and external visibility.

•    Adapt content to different audiences (internal, external, institutional), ensuring clarity, relevance, and consistency in messaging.

•    Develop communication narratives in line with Company priorities (safety, operations, sustainability, people)

•    Support the preparation and publication of approved crisis-related content, ensuring clarity, coherence and alignment with Company messaging.

•    Support communication campaigns (events, Town Halls, recognition, safety initiatives) with integrated content (web, visuals, messaging)

•    Contribute to increasing employee engagement by promoting innovative, accessible, and dynamic content formats.

•    Ensure that the website operates correctly and in accordance with the TotalEnergies goals - allow the transfer of information that relevant stakeholders can access and ensure this information meets accessibility requirements while certifying quality assurance of all content 

•    Curate and manage content for internal communication tools (e.g. CBIS screens), ensuring clear, engaging, and audience-focused messaging.

•    Monitor and analyse site performance, online traffic and conversations - debug pages and fix broken links or images to optimize loading speeds and capacity and provide periodic reports  

•    Address user complaints and monitor the webmaster contact email - receive complaints, feedback, enquiries, etc. from the general public and stakeholders and escalate to appropriate authorities/entities 

•    Publish validated material - local proofs, portraits, press releases, etc. on the corporate website 

•    Coordinate with Headquarters digital/web teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

•    Design and produce visual assets and graphics in line with corporate identity and editorial standards.

•    Collect, review, and format content provided by internal stakeholders for publication.

•    Prepare communication materials (presentations, infographics, templates) for corporate events, conferences, and LBUs, ensuring consistency with Brand Guidelines.


Salary range

38 - 42 K annual gross salary

Perfil do Candidato

BSc in Computer Science, Business Studies or New Media Design & Publishing. 

Computer literacy and good communication and interpersonal skills. 

Knowledge of graphic designs (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) and webmaster (Drupal). 

Excellent writing and communication skills, organization, creativity and energy, integrity, observation and relationship management.
