Want to join a strategic logistics site and have a direct impact on safety, performance and continuous improvement at one of the largest European depot? We are hiring an engineer to support the Depot Manager and lead cross‑functional activities (operations, maintenance, projects, HSE).

• Roll out and continuously improve the technical training programme for operators and supervisors.
• Coordinate technical operations (maintenance activities, OPEX/CAPEX).
• Lead prevention planning and ensure HSE compliance (procedures, audits, action plans).
• Contribute to the Safety Report and the Internal Emergency Plan and ensure operational implementation.
• Act as key contact for authorities (inspections, safety drills, fire brigade, etc.).
• Support the Depot Manager (back‑up), budget follow‑up and continuous improvement (cost, procedures, competitiveness).
• Monitor on‑site contractors and contribute to waste management and environmental initiatives.

• Master’s degree in Engineering: (electro)mechanical, civil or chemical engineering.
• Additional safety training (Level 1) is a plus.
• Experience: entry‑level candidates welcome (with on‑the‑job learning).
• Languages: strong English; Dutch is a plus.
• Mindset: team player, well organised, autonomous and proactive.
• National and/or international mobility expected.
