  • External: Auditors, third parties, Regulator

Atividades

1. Onboarding Management (20%)

  • Coordinate new employee compliance onboarding processes and conduct initial compliance training sessions for new hires
  • Create and update onboarding checklists and procedures
  • Maintain onboarding tracking records and compliance certificates and ensure completion of all required compliance documentation

 

2. Reporting Support (25%)

  • Assist in preparation of periodic regulatory reports, and ensure reporting deadlines are met and tracked
  • Maintain reporting calendars and send timely reminders
  • Review reports for completeness and accuracy

 

3. Due Diligence Assistance (35%)

  • Support teams in conducting third party due diligence
  • Coordinate enhanced due diligence processes when required
  • Track due diligence renewal dates and trigger reviews
  • Assist in third parties’ compliance assessments

 

4. Daily Compliance Operations (20%)

  • Respond to internal compliance queries and requests
  • Update compliance policies and procedures documentation
  • Distribute compliance communications and alerts
  • Schedule and coordinate compliance meetings
  • Support compliance monitoring activities

Perfil do Candidato

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Finance, or related field
  • Compliance certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in compliance, legal, or regulatory role
  • Knowledge of due diligence procedures
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements

Skills and Competencies:
