Your Mission

Reporting to the HR Business Partner based in Bangalore, you will act as a true HR Generalist and key support in the launch of a fast-growing new OneTech center. 

In an international and multicultural environment, you will contribute to structuring, implementing, and adapting HR processes for a new strategic site, while supporting rapid team growth.

You will play a key role in coordinating HR activities and delivering a high-quality employee experience, especially during onboarding. 

Your Main Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities: hiring coordination, onboarding follow-up
• Manage HR administration: employee data, documentation, reporting
• Contribute to talent & development topics: training, career development, talent reviews
• Prepare HR reports and KPIs (headcount, training metrics, HR indicators) 
• Participate in HR campaigns (performance, compensation, engagement, workforce planning) 
• Coordinate with HR teams located in Mumbai (shared services)
• Support HR process deployment and standardization
• Interact daily with managers, employees, and international teams
• Contribute to setting up efficient HR operations in a new site environment

Your Profile

Required:

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent 
• Initial HR experience (internship or apprenticeship required) 
• Good knowledge of HR processes (administration, recruitment, development) 
• Fluent English (minimum C1) – working language and French (B2)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Comfortable with digital and data tools : Excel, HRIS – Zing HR is a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience in HR transformation projects  
• Knowledge of HR data/reporting
• Experience in an international or multicultural environment
