Responsible for Pindamonhangaba blending plant

Responsible for São José external warehouse

Activités

Logistics

  • Manage the Logistics team (Billing, Storage, Supply and Transport).
  • Management of Transport and Purchasing contracts in the negotiation process.
  • Define and manage the performance indicators (KPI) of Transport and Storage Service Providers, in compliance with PATROM requirements including cost control and freight payment process.
  • Ensure the accuracy of inventories.

Supply

  • Establish a dynamic process between Supply/Market Intelligence and Sales Forecast/Pricing in order to allow the right level of purchases and stocks.
  • Remain updated about the market changes to anticipate movements and revise strategies to the continuous optimization and innovation of Supply.       

Operations:

  • Supervise one blending plant (directly managed by plant manager) located in Pindamonhangaba (120 km from SP)
  • Define, within strategic scope, goals of Manufacturing, Planning, Laboratory and Supply & Chain and Logistics areas.
  • Guide preparation of economic-financial budget and investment plans of Operations area in conjunction with other areas, in view of short, medium and long-term growth plans.
  • Promote the frequent search for process improvements within the concept of continuous improvement.
  • Strictly comply with the company's quality, safety, health and environmental standards and procedures, in accordance with the commitment to the program of responsible performance and training received from the company.

Projects:

  • Coordinate technical projects (Commercial and Industrial) related to the lubricant operation
  • Coordinate technically projects providing adequate support to industrial and commercial team and contractor
  • responsible for the execution of the activities
  • Coordinate the team on training and professional development processes as well as administrative bureaucracies
  • (Time Closing, Vacations, Dismissal, Admission, Scales ...) to comply with current legislation

Profil du candidat

  • Higher Education (Administration / Engineering), desirable Postgraduate or Specialization in Logistics area
  • Experience in Industrial Operations, Logistics and Supply with preference for the retail market.
  • Team management and service provider contracts.
  • Fluent in Portuguese.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Desirable Spanish.
  • Desirable French.
  • Advanced knowledge in the Office Package.
  • Knowledge of ERP, TMS and WMS operating systems, preferably in SAP
