Contexte et environnement

• Systems availability.

• Interface with various system (SAM & SAP).

• Centralised environment with strict deadlines.

• Depot processing have a direct impact on billing.

• Monthly prices change results in fluctuating demand.

Activités

his position is responsible to ensure that all plant movements are processed and balance back to Physical Stock.

Support:

• Validate and process stock movements, on SAP Harmonie, for all Logistics / ISP’S and NBE Plants on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

• Ensure that all incoming movements are Receipted into Bulk Stock.

• Ensure that all outgoing movements are Issued out correctly for accurate Customer Billing.

• Monitor Interface exception reports and resolve all errors identified (WE02).

• Monitor the rebranding report and resolve all errors identified (ZC012).

• Reconciliation of Plant Stocks on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

• Follow up on Master Data and pricing issues from process logs where applicable.

• Validate and confirm SIT between Plants – Issued and Receipted Volumes.

• Ensure EDI is referenced for all incoming movements from OOC.

• Investigate and resolve incorrect stock balances arising from the daily reconciliations.

• Liaise with plants and relevant departments to provide information of all transactions to be processed on SAP.

• Investigate and resolve queries / discrepancies raised by either the plant and/or external customers.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly updating and reporting on processing status – distribute to all stakeholders.

• Ensure that all POP are approved by AR, for all Aviation COC movements.

• Ensure that sales orders are released for Aviation and bulk orders.

• Ensure that customer fuel release approvals are sent to the Airport.

• Ensure that all bulk sales orders are created (Natref).

• Processing EDI for bulk orders as per customer request.


HSEQ:

• To effectively manage and minimise HSE risk within area of responsibility by ensuring:

o Compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guideline and legal requirements .

o Promotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies.

o That HSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within area of responsibility.


Governance:

• Ensure efficient customer service by resolving all customer queries/credit’s expediently thereby contributing to excellent customer experience.

• File all signed supporting documents and ensure availability for audits.

• Ensure that all SOX requirements are always adhered to and corresponds to the Daily Control Sheet.

Profil du candidat

• Suitable Higher Certificate in Supply Chain Management.

• Experience in Petrochemical Industry will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules within SAP will be an advantage.
