As a Specialties Operations Manager in our Specialties department, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities and be part of an international team consisting of 5 employees from 3 different countries. You will report directly to the Specialties Manager, ensuring a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

If you are passionate about strategy development, technical coordination, and business development, this role is perfect for you. As the Specialties Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Specialties activities in the Nordic market.

What You´ll Do

  • Strategy Development: Contribute to defining the strategy for the development of Specialties activities in the Nordic market.
  • Technical Coordination: Serve as the technical referent for the Nordic Hub, coordinating with internal peers, production units, and depots.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue prospective routes for expanding TotalEnergies’ presence in the Nordics. Represent TotalEnergies at fairs and professional organizations to promote product acceptance and certifications.
  • Logistics Optimization: Optimize the economic performance of our depots.
  • HSEQ Compliance: Ensure the application of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality policies of the TotalEnergies Nordic Hub and TotalEnergies Group in our assets and in collaboration with logistics and HSEQ at our clients.
  • Ethics and Compliance: Maintain full compliance with competition laws and group ethics standards.
  • Product Certification and Quality Control: Ensure compliance with product certification standards and oversee the quality control and development of our products locally.
  • Client Coordination: Act as the primary contact for clients regarding delivery planning and performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Coordinate with supply to our terminals and the logistics executive to optimize operational excellence.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who can lead our specialties operations with excellence and innovation. This is a home-office based position.

Your Skills and Experience

Professional

  • Min. 5 years of experience within similar position and with a proven experience in Strategy Development and Technical Coordination.
  • Strong understanding of business development and logistics optimization
  • Advanced skills in Excel 
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other Scandinavian languages is a plus.
