Are you a recent graduate in a technical discipline? Are you looking for an experience in an international energy company and willing to tackle new challenges? Our Graduate Program is just right for you!

Take part in TotalEnergies’ transition with our Graduate Program

The program will start 1st of September 2025, you will be hired at TotalEnergies EP Denmark located in Esbjerg on a permanent contract and be part of the Exploration and Production Branch.

During the 2-to-2,5-year program, you will rotate in different departments in our affiliate in Denmark to really anchor your career within the local context. It gives you the opportunity to strengthen your technical, scientific, and organizational knowledge, develop your competencies and discover how the Company operates. 

Furthermore, the program is seeking to expand your network through various work experiences, a global graduate network, as well as local early career networks, which will all prepare you for a career within TotalEnergies!

How could your journey look like?

Over 2 to 2,5 exciting years, you will rotate across 2 to 3 departments, where you will gain knowledge about how we operate as a company and be exposed to a broad range of activities preparing you to grow your career within Well Performance and Operations. 

The rotations would take place in key business functions such as Well Performance team with potential exposure to our IPOC function and Field Operations to expose you the offshore operations.

After the program, you will move into a full time role in our Esbjerg office, fitting with your background and obtained skillset.

Profil du candidat

What do I need to apply?

  • You hold a relevant master’s degree in engineering, science or equivalent (within the last 3 years), preferably with physics, mathematics, process or petroleum components;
  • An interest in energy as reflected in your internships or academic work;
  • The will to take part in technical challenges and problem-solving;
  • Curiosity, inventiveness and an open-mind;
  • A strong interest in an international career and changing environment;
  • Fluency in English,

And what’s next?

  • Applications will remain open until end of January 2025. Should you be selected for Round 1, you will then be notified during January 2025.
  • The interview process may involve several discussions with business managers and HR, remotely or onsite. More details will be provided in due course!
  • Successful applicants will join the program on September 1st 2025.
