Are you passionate about driving organizational success while supporting the energy transition? We’re seeking a dynamic Sr. HR Business Partner to champion our growing Renewables, Flexible Power, and Biogas business units across the US. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a company committed to innovation, safety, and sustainability.


What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Partner: Align workforce strategies with operational goals, supporting ~200 staff across the US and field operations, corporate functions, and technical teams.
  • Employee Champion: Serve as the go-to HR contact for employee relations, policy guidance, performance management, and more.
  • Talent Driver: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives in partnership with our Talent Developer and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Change Agent: Support organizational change, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance Leader: Ensure HR policies and practices meet all legal and regulatory requirements across multiple states.
  • Collaborative Influencer: Work closely with our Center of Excellence teams: HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders to deliver seamless HR support and drive business objectives.

Profil du candidat

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years of Human Resources, of which 5+ years as an HRBP preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or a complex organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and internet research.
  • Deep knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused.
