Activités

As a Senior Stock Controller, you will provide technical expertise to optimize our stock management processes. Your role will involve developing and recommending strategies to the TotalEnergies Denmark (TEPDK) management team, ensuring that our stock data is both accessible and accurate, and aligns with business and financial requirements. You will analyze stock management and financial data, proposing actions to maintain and improve stock status, and controlling stock levels in accordance with Company rules and in cooperation with Finance. In collaboration with senior technical administrators, you will uphold stock data integrity, ensuring compliance with Company rules, including Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) regulations, internal procedures, and applicable legislation. Your ability to balance stock optimization with delivery times will be essential, as you navigate a complex environment with numerous stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the company. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering an efficient and optimized stock management system within our organization.

 

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

  • Participating proactively in stock optimization initiatives, providing technical expertise and executing actions to achieve objectives.
  • Developing initiatives and proposes actions to reduce stock levels in cooperation with technical administrators and stock owners.
  • Responsible for all stock-related activities within the Operational Procurement & Methods section, including improving related policies and procedures.
  • Managing Material Masters records in SAP, ensuring compliance with Company rules, internal procedures, and applicable legislation.
  • Validating all Material Request forms prior to submission to the Central Master Data Cell.
  • Ensuring stock availability through regular replenishment and updates stock levels.
  • Validating necessity for Planned Orders before transforming them into Stock Purchase Requisitions.
  • Validating Stock Purchase Requisitions and advises Stock Owners for requests above 100 Thousand United States Dollars (KUSD).
  • Ensuring consistency between SAP and physical stock by analyzing inventories and participating in annual stock counts.
  • Providing guidance on stock movement for warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with operational and accounting procedures.
  • Implementing stock capitalization and depreciation in cooperation with technical administrators, stock owners, and finance.
  • Identifying and disposing of obsolete stock in accordance with Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) procedures.
  • Executing complex analysis from "big data" volumes to support strategic business analysis and presents findings to senior management.
  • Administering, updating, and filing all approvals, justifications, and circulation forms on the central drive, ensuring SAP is updated accordingly.
  • Optimizing communication between stock team, warehousing team, and technical administrators.
  • Acting as a mentor for other Stock Controllers in the entity and supports them when needed.

Profil du candidat

Your background

  • A university degree at a Bachelor level or an equivalent professional qualification with significant technical experience.
  • Relevant educational and/or operational background in economics, purchasing or technical operations.
  • Relevant experience as Stock Controller, preferrable within the Oil & Gas Industry or similar.
  • Ability to understand technical descriptions of components, materials and equipment and the experience to discuss these details with technical experts.
  • Administrative expert, ability to handle a very high quantity of data in an efficient manner, assuring quality of the Stock database and the referenced components, materials and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Languages: Fluent in English in speech and writing.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of SAP
  • Professional user in Microsoft programs especially Microsoft Excel
