Activités

Strategic & Operational Tasks:  

  • To assist Market Segment Managers for introduction of new products. Developing launch notes, technical letters etc.
  • Ensure readiness of relevant collaterals required for UMDS process. i.e. labels, packaging etc.
  • Diligently develop and maintain KPI reporting for all business development activities.
  • Coordinate with other product & field engineers for management of LubAnac.
  • Monitor all field trial activities, create monthly report and review with respective MSMs.
  • Maintain effective coordination with Regional Technical & Manufacturing Support department for relevant projects and communication.
  • ROSA reporting for all relevant OEMs
  • Coordinate with label development team to ensure correct technical content for labels and collaterals
  • Act as key point of contact for all on-field technical issues relevant to each markets.


ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Technical & Administrative Support for Business Development department
  • Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
  • Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities
  • Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities.
  • Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
  • Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
  • Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
  • Comply with LIGHT VEHICLE USE & CONTROL HSEP 35
  • Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
  • Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
  • Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.

Profil du candidat

Knowledge: 

  • Basic Knowledge of Lubricants.
  • Preferably have worked on SAP in previous positions.

 

Skills: 

  • Proficiency in MS office suite. 
  • English Language proficiency.

Education: 

  • Bachelor of Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Chemical Engineering. 

 

Experience:   

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience is an added advantage preferably within Lubricants industry.

Fresh graduate with internship experiences
