Activités

Summary: Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of integrated Digital Marketing & Communication strategies that enhance the Company's Brand and engage audiences across digital and traditional media channels. With an expertise in managing complex digital projects (website management, lead generation funnel development, and agency partnerships), this role includes also managing content creation, social media presence, SEO, online advertising, sponsorship & public relations activities. Results-oriented, the Digital & Communications Manager will collaborate with each Business Development Manager to ensure consistency of the communication plan for each market segment; Accountable for building awareness and driving online engagement and lead generation across B2B and B2C segments:

B2C Focus

ATL Communication:

  • Brand Management: Uphold and promote TotalEnergies identity across all channels.
  • Build a strong/integrated Communication & Media strategy across coverage markets; aligned with the global marketing strategy.
  • Manage ATL Budget planning and execution.
  • Set up KPIs/channel to improve Brand awareness & conversions and oversee digital & communication campaigns.
  • Set up a new KOL Strategy to amplify our online media presence across the Middle East.
  • Social media: Responsible for content creation/management of TEMME’s social media accounts across various social platforms (Instagram & Facebook) to be executed by the Social Media agency.
  • Website: Responsible for content creation/management + SEO (editorial updates, blogs, Analytics review, ...) to be executed by the SEO agency.
  • Develop the online visibility of our TotalEnergies & ELF Service Centres across performing online location management platforms.
  • Propose and execute Digital activations/campaigns for Key partners (Distributors & Service Centres), as per agreed business plans. 

Sponsorship strategy: Oversee the identification of potential local & regional sponsorships, in alignment with the global strategic framework and the regional specificities.

E-Commerce:

  • Explore & collaborate with new & relevant e-commerce platforms to promote our products & services.
  • Increase centres’ footfall & Drive to Store conversions through e-commerce platforms and lead generation campaigns: D2S offers, Smiles, Clapp, Recapp, ...
  • Work closely with the regional APME office to develop the business through new emerging segments: O2O, aggregator platforms, … and follow the group’s strategy.
  • Supporting all year long aggregators with UX, SEO recommendations, digital offers & social media. 

Customer database segmentation & Analysis:

  • Analyse users’ behaviour to identify our consumers and target them efficiently.
  • Increase customers’ database through lead generation campaigns.
  • Segment the customers database to customize SMS campaigns & increase conversions & retentions. 

Events and exhibitions:

  • Manage organisation of events for customers (Majestic Mogul) and for Sales and Marketing. Coordinate tenders for the events with procurement department.
  • Manage participation in exhibitions.

B2B Focus

  • Develop and push LinkedIn content through Global Showcase pages. 
  • Communicate on new partnerships and new product ranges (Including Design of New Product communication Kits). 
  • Plan Digital activations/promotions for Key partners: Distributors, Service Centers, B2B Customers, … 
  • MyLubPortal: Manage & Animate the Distributor portal to ensure the engagement of our partners and work closely with the HO Digital Team & the distributors to develop useful functionalities and content. 
  • Manage external Agencies: 
  • Strategic & Operational point of contact for the Communication Agency (Initiate Regular Team/Agency meetings) 
  • Set up KPIs for social media & websites and ensure KPIs are met on a monthly basis. 
  • Brief media and creative agencies for ATL/Digital campaigns, launch and monitor progress. 
  • Ensure all visuals and collaterals are in line with global guidelines for all channels before any campaign launch. 
  • Oversee the development and the execution of the annual Events Roadmap.

Candidate profile

  • Master/MBA in Marketing/Business & Communication 

Technical skills required

  • Digital tools: Drupal, Google Analytics, Piano Analytics, Hootsuite, Emplifi, Directus
  • Presentation Skills: PPT, Canvas 

Soft skills required

  • Skilled in leveraging a variety of social media platforms
  • Digital Marketing & Communication (B2B & B2C)
  • Solid knowledge of the digital operational environment and trends.
  • Project Management, Data Analysis
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking and detailed execution are essential
  • Creativity, organization, attention to details and ability to independently carrying out the job 

Knowledge

  • Expertise in Marketing, Communication, Digital & Lubricants Business. 

Language skills 

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • French is an advantage

Experience

  • 10+ Years of work experience in Marketing, Communication & Digital.
  • Lubricants & Energy Business is an advantage.
