Contexte et environnement

The lean method manager ensures, for the various ESS sites, the definition, implementation, and adaptation of methods for the installation and commissioning of existing and new products by optimizing the criteria: safety, quality, cost and deadlines.

He will also support the coordination of global lean approach on manufacturing sites within the division.

We are looking for our site in Spain or UK.


Activités

  • Define and write operating procedures and operating documents for ESS installations.
  • Define a set of tools to describe the processes and measure production : process analysis, production standards, operating ranges, estimated costs.
  • Lead and coordinate cost reduction action plans.
  • Analyze and support the installation of containers in terms of improving flows, productivity, and quality by analyzing processes, operating methods and by carrying out action plans.
  • Define and manage equipment locations.
  • Support manufacturing sites on some specific Lean projects

Profil du candidat

  • Engineering degree. 
  • Project management - Knowledge of method tools
  • knowledge of computer tools
  • English read written spoken.
