Activités

The Business Process Lead will be actively involved in all aspects of operational management of the US OFW business units by contributing especially as follows:


Business Unit:

  • Drive and coordinate business unit input into the company’s rolling 5-year Long Term Planning (LTP).
  • Coordinate budgeting and cost control processes in close collaboration with REN/US and REN/OFW.
  • Maintain and transfer expert knowledge on committee planning, organization, and governance.
  • Implement and conduct awareness training for REN/OFW-led business processes.
  • Coordinate initiatives to improve efficiency and establish best practices.
  • Collaborate on corporate planning and organizational workstreams with other business units and support functions within REN/US.
  • Contribute to the implementation of tools at the business unit level to enhance executive planning, HR planning, finance reports, office occupancy, and more.


US OFW Projects:

  • Maintain governance schedules for all project committee processes.
  • Organize and coordinate internal committee approval processes, including outreach and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Support project directors and asset managers in committee preparation.
  • Prepare and contribute to presentations for central units, including committee reports, seminars, and other relevant documents.
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure consistency and quality of committee documentation.
  • Streamline regular reporting to REN/US and REN/OFW and provide relevant inputs into REN dashboards.


Accountabilities: Under the supervision of the VP Offshore Wind US, you will:

  • Play a key role in the business units’ participation in the company’s rolling 5-year Long Term Planning (LTP).
  • Coordinate and transfer expert knowledge on all corporate planning and organizational workstreams.
  • Support OFW projects throughout decision-making and reporting processes.

About TotalEnergies: TotalEnergies is accelerating the energy transition with ambitious targets of 35 GW of renewable generation capacity by 2025 and 100 GW by 2030. Our Offshore Wind (OFW) development strategy is a key pillar of this vision. We are developing the Attentive Energy projects in the New York Bight with a combined capacity of 3 GW and the Carolina Long Bay project with a capacity of approximately 1.2 GW. We are looking for motivated team members to help establish the foundations of these large-scale offshore wind projects and make a significant impact in our communities.

Role Overview: As a Business Process Lead, you will be integral to the operational management of our US OFW business units. Your role will involve driving efficiency, coordinating key processes, and supporting project teams to ensure the successful execution of our renewable energy projects.


What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in coordination of corporate processes
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus and/or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Flexible mindset and ability to work autonomously on topics involving transverse work processes
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and resilience to deliver required elements in complex environments
  • Synthetic and structured analysis aimed at facilitating decision-making from top management
  • Financial planning and/or controlling skills
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry, especially offshore wind, is a strong plus
  • Frequent travel between project and company offices required
