Where You’ll Work

  • Work remotely or from a regional TotalEnergies office.
  • Travel to project sites as needed (up to ~25%).
  • Engage directly with field teams, contractors, and stakeholders to support execution.

Activités

What You’ll Do

  • Support project execution from early-stage planning through construction and commissioning.
  • Understand PPA milestones, customer requirements, EPC contracts, and key project deliverables.
  • Champion TotalEnergies’ Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards across all activities.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, performance, and safety.
  • Coordinate with EPC partners to ensure compliance with project specs and schedule expectations.
  • Participate in procurement activities, including bid preparation, bid review, and scope validation.
  • Support routine project meetings and provide visibility into schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
  • Identifyissues early andassistwith scenario planning and decision-making.
  • Validate construction progress using reports, photos, and lookahead schedules.
  • Review contractor invoices,percentcomplete calculations, and documentation.
  • Perform or support field inspections across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
  • Manage project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, schedule updates, and as built records.
  • Oversee turnover packages and ensure conformance with contract requirements.
  • Manage Owner Furnished Equipment deliveries andlogistics.
  • Track all project interconnection applications, requirements, and statuses.
  • Document lessons learned andhelpimprove internal processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Support QA/QC inspections, nonconformance tracking, quality metrics, and incident observations.
  • Use digital tools to communicate performance and quality trends to stakeholders.
  • Handle additional duties as needed to ensure project success.

Profil du candidat

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+years of experience in renewable energy 
  • 1-5+ years ofconstruction, project development, or project managementexperience.
  • Strong understanding of construction management, electrical systems, and utility coordination.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and MS Project.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work withcrossfunctionalteams.
  • Ability to balance priorities, solve problems, and support decisionmaking.
  • Familiarity with construction codes, electrical codes, and industry best practices.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence, support, and collaborate effectively.
  • Preferred certifications: Procore, OSHA30, Fall Protection, CPR.
