Contexte et environnement

As an Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, managing the month-end activities and coordinating the financial audits. You will contribute to the growth of the affiliate by ensuring compliance and providing financial insights.


Activités

  • Maintain the financial books of the affiliate and ensure accurate entries in SAP
  • Lead monthly yearly closings, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate to annual audits from the entity and the joint ventures.
  • Prepare statutory and joint ventures financial reports in regards to local requirements, Production Sharing Contracts and Joint Operating Agreements
  • Contribute to the consolidation process of the Company on quarterly basis
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX, CREPACC) and maintain robust accounting processes


Profil du candidat

  • A Master ’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience (Joint Venture Accounting area is a plus).
  • Strong SAP knowledge and expertise in accounting
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge and the ability to present financial information in a structured, informative and original manner 
  • Team player, great communicator with professional approach, a problem solver with an enquiring mind
  • Language: English is mandatory
