In a fast-growing and increasingly competitive market in Austria and Switzerland (Electric Vehicle Charge Business) as well as in a more mature market (Automotive Lubricants), we are offering this VIE position.


As a Business Developer and Sales Support, your missions will be divided into 2 parts : 


1/ EV Charge Business Developer: (40%)
• Support the EV Charge business for sales and after-sales operations
• Participate in and co-manage local EV projects for the Austrian and Swiss subsidiary, involving customers and partners 
• Participate in defining the product and pricing offer 
• Gather all information concerning the local market, propose hypotheses and contribute to setting up a medium and long-term business scenario 
• Analyze competitor activity, business and market trends. 

2/ Sales Support Automotive lubricant: (60%) 
• Organize and monitor field sales activity (sales tools, KPIs, CRM) 
• Administration of lubricant and bonus contracts signed with customers (reporting, bonus calculations) in liaison with the finance department.
 

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Expected qualifications:

  • Master degree from Business School/Engineering School in business, strategy or management


Technical skills:

  • Attraction in Sales, B2B operations, Marketing, Strategy, product placement, price policy
  • First experience in sales BtoB is a plus
  • Basic knowledge in EV Charging solutions or at least huge interest for EV mobility and charging technologies


Interpersonal skills :

  • Open-minded and innovative team player, highly developed communication skills 
  • Curious and interested in a variety of sectors (EV Charge, lubricants) 
  • Analytical, rigorous, accountable, excellent listening and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to manage projects within a defined framework 
  • Bold, flexible 
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, autonomous, pushy, reactive and result oriented 


Computing skills:

  • High sensibility for analysis on Excel
  • Standard full Microsoft Office package knowledge
  • Sales Force knowledge is a plus 


Languages:

  • German: level C1 (mandatory - will be one of the working languages)
  • English: level C1
  • French: level C1
