Your main goal will be to provide Human Resources administration support in Australia. There are currently 36 staff for EP and 41 staff for MS on a variety of contractual arrangements and located across various cities and states in Australia. 

As a HR Assistant, your main tasks will be to : 

  • Support full recruitment process including creation of job advert, scheduling interviews, reference checks, drafting contracts, distribution of new employee pack and creation of employee personnel file ;
  • Support on-boarding of new employees and off-boarding of departing employees including ensuring all new employees have completed their pre-employment medical and mandatory induction trainings ;
  • Support payroll activities ;
  • Ensure HR records and HR data management systems are maintained accurately ;
  • Provide monthly and ad hoc reportings and prepare spreadsheets, organisation charts, presentations as required ;
  • Provide support for all Company HR initiatives, projects and campaigns as required ;
  • Provide administrative support for talent management, training and succession planning ;
  • Support secondments and intercompany services agreements ;
  • Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation activities of expats and other staff ;
  • Assist in implementing the HR systems, policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

  •  Master's degree from top Business or engineering school or equivalent University degree in Business or Finance


Technical skills:

  • Prior experience : relevant internship or experience in HR
  • Passionate about people and a genuine interest in developing a career in HR 
  • Ability to deal appropriately with confidential information
  • A positive attitude, excellent initiative, and a desire to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment


Computing skills:

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) 

Languages:

  • English: level C1 (excellent speaking & writing skills)
  • French: level B2/C1
