As HR officer, the main activites will be as follows:

1/ HR Administration
  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative processes: employee data updates (HR systems, personnel files)
  • Preparation of HR documents (contracts, amendments, certificates) 
  • Recruitment process
  • Follow-up on onboarding and offboarding processes 
  • Support payroll inputs and coordination with shared services 
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting dashboards


2/ Talent Development Support

  • Support deployment of Talent Development processes: annual reviews, talent reviews, succession planning cycles 
  • Training plans and follow-up of development actions 
  • Assist managers and employees in building Individual Development Plans 
  • Monitoring training participation and budget consumption 
  • Contribute to internal mobility processes and job postings


3/ HR Campaigns & Projects

  • Participate in HR campaigns: headcount forecast  
  • Talent & Peer review campaigns 
  • APR & Remuneration campaigns 
  • Engagement or talent programs 
  • Contribute to improvement of HR tools and processes


4/ Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare HR reports and KPIs: headcount tracking 
  • Training statistics 
  • Talent indicators 
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across HR systems


5/ Interfaces

  • Internal: HR Manager / HR Business Partner 
  • Talent Developers, recruters 
  • Managers of operational departments 
  • External: HR shared services 
  • Training providers (if relevant)


Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Expected qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Eligibility to the visa for a VIE in India : Please note that only candidates whose diploma was obtained less than one year ago are eligible for the visa to India.


Required profile:


  • Knowledge of HR processes (administrative, mobility, training, performance)
  • Reporting and data management


Computing skills:


  • HR systems and tools (SAP, Workday, Excel, etc.)


Languages:


  • English: C1
  • French: B2
