Context & Environment

  • Execute all maintenance works and projects in a 5.3 hectors Lube Oil Blending Plants (300KT/year capacity) inclusive of production equipment, warehouse, office facilities and pipe lines/signals linkage with Singapore Lube Park.
  • Create, manage and optimize inventory of spare parts and manage all maintenance activities within approved budget.
  • Interactions : Plant Production Team, Logistics, Laboratory, HSE, HR & Accounts


























Atividades

  • Responsible for day to day functions and operations of the maintenance department.
  • Provide engineering solution to problems, maintain and troubleshoot plant/ building machinery and equipment independently.
  • Plan, organize and perform preventive and routine maintenance programs.
  • To ensure spare parts are properly managed and accounted for.
  • Perform value added projects such as initiating improvements to process capability of machine, setting up and upgrading of process lines.
  • Responsible for implementation of CAPEX/OPEX projects assigned, including selection and management of vendors, negotiations with vendors and commissioning.
  • Established and maintain systematic documentation of plant equipment and maintenance records.
  • Collect equipment failure statistic and perform analysis for effective countermeasures.
  • Any other job assigned by Assistant Maintenance Manager.
  • Established and systematically upkeep documentation: P&ID, maintenance records in compliance to ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-45001, IATF 19649 and ISO 50001 requirement.

Perfil do Candidato

Qualifications
  • Education: ITC / Diploma in mechanical engineering
  • Expertise/Skill: Mechanical Engineering. Strong ability to execute projects, maintenance works and supervise contractors. A good team player.
  • Knowledge: Strong mechanical knowledge, computer literacy with initiative to explore & provide engineering solution.
  • Experience in Oil and Gas and/or FMCG industries
  • Hands on familiarity with rotating equipment, tanks and pipes
  • Certification in confined space entry and work at height are an advantage.
  • Able to work on the weekly rotating shift
