Context & Environment

  • Highly competitive market, demanding customers.
  • Demanding sales team, and minimum reactive time

Atividades

  • Raise PR’s and MIGO’s for Marketing and all Sales support
  • Follow up with suppliers for correcting and/or sending invoices.
  • Ensuring timely submission of all invoices to Accounts Dept before 60 days for VAT processing.
  • Raise credit/debit notes pertaining to sales support for various Destinations.
  • Assisting sales team in Vendor code creation.
  • Extract monthly budget report for marketing KPI’s and open LPO report for Budget closing.
  • Plan the order and distribution of contractual consumables by quarter and keep track of orders and deliveries.
  • Coordinating marketing items shipments and it’s documentation.
  • Assist the team in organizing events.
  • Raise PR for customer service department.
  • Maintain inventory and housekeeping of marketing store & Tristar WH.

HSSEQ OBJECTIVES

  • Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSSEQ policy with high Quality of HSSEQ performance and complying with affiliate’s HSSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
  • Participate in the training program to acquire HSSEQ knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
  • Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSSEQ, Energy policies and Manuals.
  • Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
  • Strict adherence to HSSEQ requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.

 

COMPLIANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
  • Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.

Perfil do Candidato

Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Other platforms know-how to be built: KISSFLOW & EPROC.
  • Internal process awareness and consistent application.
  • Understanding of GST/VAT and local tax implications.

 

Skills: 

  • Organized and results driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Data accuracy and documentation management
  • English language fluency
  • MS Office proficiency especially Excel

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling a similar role.

 

Education: 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in management discipline.
