Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur !

In a dynamic and fast-changing environment, we are looking for a VIE Digital Officer to join our energy strategy team in Malaysia. This is a unique opportunity to work on key issues related to the energy transition.

The main tasks will be as follows:

- To develop the WAT intranet page for Operations and all departments within Operations

- To develop the SharePoint for Operations and departments within Operations

- To develop the OneClick pages for Field Operations

- To participate in defining the digital roadmap for Operations

- To map all OPS and HSE reporting requirements and to propose improvements.

Perfil do Candidato

Expected qualifications:

  • Engineering degree / Master's degree in digital/IT


Technical skills:

  • 1st similar experience (internship, job) desired
  • Strong interest for new digital technologies, curiosity, openness for new ways of working (usage, methods, ..)
  • Very good analytical skills and ability to see the big picture


Computing skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Strong technical & computer skills : PowerBI, Webpage creations, Sharepoint creations and folder structure, data visualization

 

Languages:

  • English: level B2/C1
  • French: level B2
