We are looking for a Subsea Field Operations Engineer who will be involved in development studies, reflecting to the study lead, key contextualized requirements to ensure sustainable operations. You will also support the subsea operation teams in Affiliates in managing complex repair activities and their maintenance program with the assistance of Technical Lines key disciplines. You will be exposed to a challenging context: mature assets, new technologies, lean developments. 

You will be joining a team of specialists with multicultural profiles, with a strong experience and knowledge of the assets in operation. The integration in the Operations team and regular contacts with disciplines such as Flow assurance, Technology and Operations in OneTech will allow you to broaden your own knowledge in the field. You will benefit in the organization from the full support and training from senior Engineers and get access to a network of specialists. • Be part of the development study process, to ensure that the operability and sustainability of the proposed schemes is guaranteed.
• Coordinate the contributions of key TL/OPS disciplines.
• Liaise with subsidiaries to gather the context, reflect the experience, and challenges to be captured in the development studies.
• Deliver key documents to the development teams.
• Be the focal point of the Field Operations subsea teams in subsidiaries.
• Maintain permanent contact with subsidiaries and participate to coordination meetings to proactively offer assistance and steer the progress and support from TL disciplines.
• Contribute to collecting and sharing, knowledge, challenges, and successes.
• Keep yourself updated with the evolution of technologies through R&D projects, interacting with Technological disciplines, Drilling & Wells, TL/OPS specialties.

You have 5 to 10 years' experience in similar roles / operating subsea assets and pipeline networks with exposure to projects and operations.

In-depth knowledge of deep offshore operations, equipment, technologies, flow assurance and production, repair and response methods.

Experience in pipeline integrity management (monitoring plans, inspection methods and tools, corrosion mitigation programs)

You are fluent in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
