Expected qualifications:

• Engineering degree in Computer Sciences

Technical skills:

• Strong interest in digital and data
• Ideally previous engineering experience but at least strong digital & product culture
• User and customer oriented and curiosity
• Basic knowledge in product management and change management

Computing skills:

• Be comfortable with computer tools in general
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of Power apps is a plus

Languages:

• English: level C1
• French: level B2
• Danish : optional

Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP Denmark based in Esbjerg !

You will join the digital transformation and innovation team of TotalEnergies Denmark, based in Esbjerg, as a Digital Product Coordinator. 

The team has a three-fold mission: 

• Implement the digital roadmap of the company and the Denmark subsidiary and identify opportunities for developing digital solutions by listening to users and developing MVPs, prototyped locally

• Deploy offshore solutions related to industrial mobility (apps, tablets, and connected objects), the industrial internet of things (IIOT), and additive manufacturing ("industrial 3D printing")

• Deploy onshore & offshore solutions from the TotalDigital Factory. 

With an engineering profile, you will work in tandem, mainly on the last two axes. 

Around the deployment of these 2 solutions, there are multiple challenges and your main missions will be as follows :

• Deployment in offshore conditions : the role will involve missions on platforms to follow and support users (every trimester)

• Ensure local support : support as such is managed centrally, but there is an important proximity aspect to consider given the specificities of each offshore site and each use case

• Integration into already established operational processes to move towards full adoption of the solutions and an enhanced change in operating modes, requiring very good listening and communication skills for these "change and adopt" topics. 

• Being the person listening to users facilitates the identification of new use cases. 

Depending on the candidate's interest, it may also be considered to work on more transversal missions related to the evolution of the Product organization within the entity itself. 

The development of digital prototypes is growing strongly at the moment, and we must continue this transformation by integrating a stronger product component: structuring backlogs, regularly reassessing visions, and communicating with stakeholders.

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
