Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Petrochemicals & Refining Belgium SA in Brussels !

Within Supply Chain & Log department in the division POLYMERS Europe & Orient, we are looking for a Demand planner to support activities linked with the harmonization and improvement of our S&OP process (Sales & Operations Planning) : 
  • Contribute to the management of the extra sales requested on top of the sales forecasted during S&OP processus (interface between sales and supply team) ;
  • Further develop KPI and reporting associated with extra sales management and sales forecast accuracy (in a digital tool OMP recently implemented) ;
  • Based on the order historical and forecast accuracy, propose adjustement for the sales forecast used to build the production planning (use of the statistical forecast in the OMP tool). 
  • On top of that, globally for the supply chain team  : Analytical support on various continuous improvements topics (order-to-cash, transport/storage, planning, quality management,...). 

Perfil do Candidato

Expected qualifications :
  • Master's degree with a focus on Supply Chain, Economy or Management


Technical skills : 
  • Strong skills in data collection 
  • Ability to extract and report on key messages
  • Very good knowledge of processes and appetite for operations
  • Strong analytical mindset and synthetical skills

Computing skills:
  • Very strong Excel capabilities 
  • Good PowerPoint capabilities
  • SAP knowledge would be welcome 

Languages:
  • English: C1
  • French: B2
