Expected qualifications:

Technical skills :

- Good organizational, analytical and time management skills

- Good inter-personal skills

- Understanding the Challenges of Solar Energy 

- Reading plans and technical diagrams communication 

- Understanding Standards and Regulations

Computing skills :

- Proficiency in computer tools, in particular Microsoft Excel

- Knowledge of Communication and Collaboration Software: tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Trello are used to streamline communication. 

- Knowledge in Salesforce that plays, with Excel, essential role in managing data and processes

Languages :

- English: level B2/C1

The Solar Distributed Generation team in Belgium & Luxembourg sells renewable electricity to their B2B clients, which is produced on their sites through long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) or Operation and Lease Agreements (OLA). To achieve this, our team develops, finances, constructs, and operates solar panels installed on rooftops, canopies, or vacant industrial land. These solar solutions provide businesses with predictable pricing and the opportunity to significantly reduce their electricity bills while minimizing their carbon footprint.

For this mission, the main tasks proposed will be as follows :

- Ensure efficient coordination among various stakeholders, ensuring the success and effectiveness of solar projects ; 

- Coordinate the actions of business developers and project managers ;

- Allocate internal and external resources :

- Monitor projects progress ;

- Handle the necessary permits and licenses for photovoltaic installations ; 

- Work on the financial aspects of the project ;

- Draft the contracts in collaboration with legal support department and manage these contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners ;

- Ensure that everything is in place for project startup and generates regular reports for internal and external stakeholders ; 

- Collect and analyze data related to energy production, solar panel performance, and any potential issues.

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
