As Compliance & Internal Controls Officer, your main activities will be as follows:


Cross-functional function with all RC activities, within its Business Units, Local Business Unit, Functional Departments and subsidiaries 

  • Monitor organizational changes and their impacts on information systems (account reviews on 5 SAP environments in compliance with the SOX law) 
  • Participate in the implementation of Business Continuity Plan tests and exercises and raise awareness among teams 
  • Implement additional control over the application of DOA (Delegation of Authorities) in SAP and monitoring of the implementation of compensatory controls 


Reorganization of Compliance activities 

  • Support the deployment of IT solutions for Compliance topics: New E Register, InDueD, Sequana within the scope of the Refining Chemicals branch 
  • Contribute to the performance of Due diligences for the top 100 suppliers in the branch and third parties dealing with public officials: control of SAP databases, updating of industry codes, etc. 
  • Organize of a one-day seminar for Integrity and Internal Control correspondents 
  • Support the drafting of Compliance newsletters 
  • Contribute to the regularization of discrepancies noted during anti-corruption accounting control

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
